Q: DO YOU AUTOMATICALLY RENEW MY MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTIONS?
A: BestDealMagazines.com will NEVER automatically renew subscriptions as
they expire. We always leave the choice up to you. We also do not retain
your credit card information once your order is placed so we do not have
the ability to renew your subscription. If you wish to renew your
magazine subscription you may place a renewal order on our website.
When placing your renewal order always make sure that your name and
address matches that of your current subscription. To avoid missed issues we advise ordering
your renewal 60-90 days in advance of your expiration date.
Q: MAY I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellations should always be requested prior to submission of your
order to our clearinghouse. Orders are downloaded and processed on
Monday each week at 10:00 a.m. (CST).
Q: DO YOU PRICE MATCH?
A: BestDealMagazines.com offers great prices on all your favorite
magazine subscriptions. If you find a lower price elsewhere, please contact
our customer service department to request a price match. If we are able
to price match we certainly will.
Q: WHY DID I FAIL TO RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER?
A: Once your order is completed, we immediately send your order
confirmation by e-mail. If you or your internet service provider use any
type of SPAM filtering software the order confirmation e-mail may have
been blocked. To avoid this problem, please add the domain bestdealmagazines.com to your allowed list in addition to our e-mail
addresses noted on our "Contacts" page. If you ever fail to receive your
order confirmation, please always feel free to contact our customer
service department at (800) 585-4079 and we will gladly verify your order for you.
Q: WHEN WILL MY FIRST ISSUE ARRIVE?
A: Magazine subscriptions typically take 6-14 weeks to start. This is the
industry standard delivery time frame and varies from publisher to
publisher and the frequency of the magazine ordered. As a general rule, you can expect titles which are published more
frequently to arrive quicker than titles published bi-monthly or
quarterly. Please also keep in mind that most magazine publishers will
print issues in advance and pre-address those advance issues to their
current subscribers. In some cases, this advance printing can result
in a delay in the arrival of your first issue. If you would like the
status of your first issue, please feel free to contact us by e-mail or by calling (800) 585-4079 and we will
promptly check the status of your order.
Q: WHY AM I MISSING ISSUES?
A: If your subscription began and now you are missing issues this may be a
glitch in the publisher's system or a postal delivery problem. Please
contact our customer service department and we will verify your account
status to find out why your magazine is not being delivered. If any problems are identified we will see that they are corrected for you.
Q: I AM RECEIVING DUPLICATE ISSUES. WHAT DO I DO?
A: If you are receiving two issues of the same magazine, the problem is
either you ordered the same magazine twice, or you subscribed as a new
subscriber while you already had a current subscription. To resolve this
problem please contact our customer service department and we will
gladly correct the problem of duplicate issues for you.
Q: I RECEIVED AN INVOICE FROM THE PUBLISHER.
A: Many times publishers will send you a notice that looks like an invoice.
It is not an invoice. These are solicitations sent from the publisher and can be ignored. If you ordered
your subscription through BestDealMagazines.com your order was submitted
to the publisher fully paid and there is never a balance due.
Q: WHY WAS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED BEFORE MY SUBSCRIPTION STARTED?

Your credit card is charged at the time you order by an automated
process from our server. Your order must be submitted to the publisher
fully paid. This is standard practice in the magazine subscription
industry.

IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE?
